As our only guest you have the whole ground floor of this stately mansion, located at the Plutostraat in Paramaribo, at your disposal. We, Harry and Ineke, live on the first floor. We share the common lobby. In 2011 we have preferred Suriname over the Netherlands and today we welcome our guests with great pleasure.

The Plutostraat is located in the very popular area Maretraite, just outside the city centre, and is one of the flagships of Paramaribo. In the immediate vicinity you will find many shops, eateries and the Maretraite Mall. The distance to the center of Paramaribo is less than 2 km. The street is built on one side only. On the other side lie beautiful green parcels which pass into the broad Boomskreek with many fish, plants and birds. The creek stands in open connection with the Suriname river.

Guesthouse Henin is well secured. The Plutostraat in the Northern District of Paramaribo is located in a secured area. The house is very well lit at night and the yard is accessible by an electric gate. The spacious garage offers enough space to park your car and keep it dry, cool and safe. Do you need immediate medical care, you can rely on us night and day. We speak English well and master French and German pretty well.
